Enrolment
-
Customers are able to
enrol in Swim2u courses any week of the
year, with all bookings running from the
commencement date to the end of the current
term.
-
Existing customers take
priority over places. They must
re-enrol 2 weeks prior to the end of term,
in order to retain their place on the next
set of lessons. Any places after this
are given to newcomers.
-
All newcomers must pay the
full course fee prior to attendance of the
first swimming lesson.
-
Enrolment by telephone is
accepted, but it is necessary to pay for the
lessons at the time of enrolment.
-
Places are offered on a
first come first served basis.
-
Once enrolled on a course
of lessons your child is guaranteed a place
in the appropriate level, though no
guarantee can be given about time or teacher
as demand may vary for each set of lessons.
-
Rebooking is completed
over 2 phases; those staying at the same
time, class size and level take priority to
those who are moving up a level or wish to
change class size or times.
-
Courses typically run over
a half term, which can vary from 5 to 7
weeks in duration. Parents will be issued
with the course timetable at the time of
booking.
Refunds and Cancellation
Policy
-
We are unable to refund,
credit or replace missed lessons that may
occur (including sickness, school, work,
social commitments, transport difficulties
or holidays).
-
If the pool is unavailable
and it is impossible to relocate the
lessons, a credit will be granted against
further lessons. Swim2u is unable to
give cash refunds, unless under extraneous
circumstances.
-
If the instructor is
absent and Swim2u is unable to supply a
replacement instructor to carry out the
lessons, a credit will be granted against
further lessons.
-
If a customer needs to
cancel the remainder of a course for medical
reasons, a written cancellation request is
required, accompanied by a doctor's note.
Upon receiving the request the pupil will be
withdrawn from the course and will deduct
the equivalent of 2 weeks fees from the
remaining credit to cover their costs.
-
No responsibility is
accepted by Swim2u if the client is unable
to find the swimming pool, arrives late or
at the wrong time for any lesson, credits or
refunds will be given in retrospective
circumstances.
